Just to clarify, we are building a small home on the rv site we now own in Apache Junction, the same spot that the motorhome has been parked on all of these years. We will contine to travel as we have done before from about April to November. But will be staying in the new home while in Arizona.
Our park model is complete and sitting on the dealers lot waiting to be delivered. Once it is delivered, the Arizona room will be built onto it as an addition. All in all, we will have a total of about 900 square feet of living space.
The factory that built the park model is on the west side of Phoenix. Before we left Apache Junction, we checked with the factory and they were in the process of building our park model. So we stopped on the way out of town for an inspection.
When the park model was complete, our sales man sent us a photo. The park model will have 399 sq.'
And then the Arizona room will be constructed and attached to it. The Arizona Room will have about 525 sq '.
I have designed a floor plan for the entire home. Below you can see it with room sizes and then in a somewhat 3D mode.
