We are leaving early in morning and doing another 300 mile day to Memphis. Going to stay at a campground with a riverfront site to watch the boats and barges. This is a newer campground and sounds pretty nice.

April 21: Van Buren, AR,
We have crossed over the border of Arkansas and are in the middle of green everywhere. Have forgotten what spring looks like in the Midwest. The campground office even has a row of blooming azalias in front of it. Everything else in the campground is pretty old but kept up and dirt roads......but the green everywhere and trees leafing out make it actually picturesque.
